Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
At Journey Supplements, we respect your right to control how your personal information is used. This page explains your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, your right to request deletion of your information, and how to exercise both.
What this means
We do not sell your personal information in the way the word "sell" is traditionally understood, and we do not sell or share any sensitive personal information. However, under certain privacy laws—such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws—our use of certain third-party advertising and analytics technologies may be considered a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
The categories of information that may be transferred to third parties for these purposes include: (1) persistent identifiers, such as unique device identifiers, email addresses, account information, IP addresses, and information related to your browser and operating system; and (2) user activity data generated through your activities on our website.

Information we need to locate and verify you
So that we can find your records and confirm the request is genuinely yours, please include the following when you contact us. This protects you by making sure no one else can submit a request in your name:
- Your full name, as it appears on your account or order
- The email address associated with your account or purchases
- The phone number on your account, if you provided one
- At least one recent order number, if available
- One additional confirmation detail, such as the shipping address used on a past order or the last four digits of the payment method used
Please do not send sensitive information such as your full payment card number, account password, or government-issued ID number. We will never ask for these to process your request.
If we are unable to verify your identity with the information provided, we may ask for additional details or may be unable to complete your request.
How to submit your request
You can submit your request in either of the following ways:
1. Email us directly. Send your request to legal@journeysupp.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" (for opt-out requests) or "Data Deletion Request" (to delete your information), and include the verification details listed above.
2. Use browser-based opt-out signals. If your browser or a browser extension transmits an opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control, or "GPC"), we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device, where required by applicable law.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's permission to act for you and may need to verify your identity directly before processing the request.
Verification and processing
We will process valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. The verification steps may vary depending on the sensitivity of the information involved and whether you have an account with us.
