A protein-packed, muscle-building breakfast or snack where the unflavored creatine blends right in seamlessly.
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Journey Women Creatine Monohydrate
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of your favorite granola or fresh berries
How to Make:
