Collagen Matcha Chia Pudding

A creamy, nutrient-dense breakfast or snack that preps in minutes and fuels your day with high-quality protein and sustained energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Journey Supplements Collagen Matcha
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Optional: Fresh berries or coconut flakes for topping

How to Make:

  1. In a small jar or container, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and Collagen Matcha until fully combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then give it one more good stir to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Top with berries and coconut flakes right before eating!
