Citrus Hydration Recovery Drink

A quick, refreshing post-workout drink to replenish fluids and support muscle recovery without any gritty texture.
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Journey Women Creatine Monohydrate
- 1/2 cup orange juice (the carbs help transport creatine to your muscles!)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
- A small pinch of sea salt
How to Make:
